7/15 - “I’m not worried about you”
By The Stabbing Pen | July 15, 2008
Whether people ever admit it or not, I believe it’s human nature for people to want to be worried about and fretted over. Often, I find myself in conversation with friends about our careers, social lives, etc. It’s almost natural to compare and contrast ourselves with the person we are talking to.
For example, I have this and that going for me right now in my life, but something else about my life isn’t ideal. My friend might be happy in one regard, but stressing about something else in his/her life. As far as I’m concerned, the best compliment I could give you comes in the form of telling you, “I’m not worried about you.”
If I’m not worried about you, that means you’re in good shape.
