Oh yeah?  What if I don’t?  How are you gonna know?  As far as I can see, it’s nearly impossible to enforce these kinds of laws.  Well, there was that one Seinfeld episode in which Jerry actually caught the cook “Papi” not washing his hands in the bathroom.

But other than visual confirmation, there’s little anybody can do to catch somebody breaking this law.  It’s probably a pretty dumb law anyway.  I mean, shouldn’t everyone who pisses and shits wash their hands afterward?

I mean, let’s say somebody walks into a restaurant, goes to the bathroom, pisses and shits on his/her hands, then exits and returns to the dinner table.  This person is still going to be touching the same doorknobs and menus as everyone else.  It’s okay though….
